Hytale community servers are multiplayer servers that are hosted and maintained by the community. This allows for a more customisable experience while playing including modified server settings, better support and even new features.
Official Hytale servers have a total of 32 players but community servers can have as many or as little as the server owner would like. It is important to note that more players can introduce more lag.
To host a Hytale dedicated server you should have a system with at least 16gb of RAM and a quad core processor. You will also need a minimum of 40gb free storage. For a lag-free experience you should always plan to exceed the requirements.
